Could do better to help eat well, not just less
Does exactly what its supposed to and it will help you eat less by setting goals for portions. But it falls down on helping me to improve my diet. For example, one category for "meat" where you are supposed to track everything from hamburger to peanut butter doesnt make any sense. A good diet means cutting down on red meat and boosting fish and nuts, so why track them in the same category? Ive set up custom categories to get better granularity, but more built-in categories would be better.
I would like to see max and min servings rather than just maximums. Im not concerned about eating too much fruit but too little. The way it is now if I exceed my fruit target the number turns red.
I could also do without the splash screen - I find it gaudy.
