Great app
Ive been really enjoying this app. Its very simple to use and is really helping me keep my eating on track. I love how you can determine your own food group goals (for those of us who think the food guide is bunk) and I find the visual charts great for getting an overall feel for things.
I agree with other reviews that Id be nice to have a section for daily notes.
I also notice how the goals and the number color coding is based on the idea that you every day want to meet those goals. Sometimes however, a goal is more of a dont consume more than amount and not necessarily an amount you want to actually eat each day. Itd be nice if the app adjusted for this, or made it so you could turn goals or the color coding numbers off for certain categories or all if it. (For instance, I like tracking when I take multivitamins but I dont have a goal for one day).
Also adding an exercise log is a great idea too!
