The best one Ive tried. Not perfect but easy to use, easy to customize. Not for health nuts but good for someone who wants to keep on track.

Amazing in its simplicity!

Very easy to use, and it makes tracking what you eat fun. Even provides graphs for you to see your progress for each food group!

Perfect except splash screen

Simple, easy and useful. But it doesnt stay open when you hit the home button. Leaving the app to check the weather then returning means you see the splash screen again. And youre back to the main screen instead of what you were looking at before. Otherwise exactly what Id want.

Handy App

Great app. I wish that there was a clearer record of my goals. I would also like it if, when I add something Ive eaten, it compared it directly to my goal.

Amazing!!

After years of counting calories, fat, points, carbs and everything else under the sun I started seeing a dietician to lose weight in a healthy way thats maintainable. She taught me about servings in the six major groups that this app tracks and Ive lost 25 pounds already by eating healthily. Ive been searching for an app like this where I can set my own goals and track it simply without all the counting. Worth every penny and more!!

Almost perfect

This is a great food tracker for monitoring what you put in your mouth every day. Very simple to use and you can customize it to your own needs. It really helps me control my portion intake because I can see how many servings of something Ive had already and know how many more I can or cant have. The only issue that they need to SERIOUSLY fix is the serving sizes are wrong. One serving of meat is NOT 1 ounce; its 3 ounces. This isnt the only issue with the serving sizes. If this was a free app I could understand this blunder and not expect much else. However, its a paid app, so I expect more and for them to do the research and fix it in an update.

I love this app. It is nice to have the option of tracking foods instead of calories. I would love it if this app also allowed you to track your weight loss along with your goals.

If youre looking for an app to help you understand and track portions - not calories - then this app is for you! Customizing option is a nice bonus. Really like this!!

Great app

This is exactly what Ive been looking for! I want to make sure Im getting the variety and nutrition that I need, not just calorie counting. I would like the ability to arrange the food group icons. I dont eat sweets or dairy but have added some custom foods. Id like to see my groups on the first page and move the categories that I dont use to the second page. Thank you so much for helping me focus on healthy eating instead of just calories!

Sweet and simple

Really like this app. Its simple, no need to go in 5 different menus to track what youre eating. Also it fits better with diets where you count portions, not calories. Just like it.

Pretty good. Suggestions: More help at start of use would be helpful. To help frame portion size. Enable more than one person per iphone. Id like to be able to track my kids too.

Great app, a significant improvement from the last version. The customizable food categories are great, and I really like the ability to generate charts with the data. This has really helped me improve my nutrition The ability to transfer the data off in a .csv file in future versions would be most appreciated. I recently lost my phone and all historical data on this app

Almost what Im looking for

Good app. I find I am more healthy and mindful when I track what Im eating so Id really like to see a daily notes section or meal journal where I could also write exactly what it was Id eaten to go with the food group. It would help when the chart lets me see my success so I can replicate it in the future.
